I'm just going to include here a bunch of different software and websites I like using.

Starting with:

AI Chatbots In General

I use all of them. ChatGPT, Claude, Le Chat, Perplexity, Grok, Groq, and sometimes Gemini. I’ll open most in tabs and based on what I’m doing, interact with all. I go back and forth between which ones I do Pro plans for, so I reach usage limits daily on many of them.

AI Chatbot for Voice Input on Desktop groq.com.

I've not found a AI chatbot natively hosted on the web that allows audio input for uninterrupted periods of time. This is not the same as xAI / Elon Musk’s grok.com

I have started using Wisprflow.ai (they have now released their Windows version), which is fine for direct transcription across applications, but I’d like it to allow me to edit text in real time (i.e., say parentheses word parenthese, or period, space, enter, start bullet list, etc., where as groq and other chatbots can do that).

AI Chatbot for Voice Input on Phone claude.ai

Claude allows you to also do voice input for uninterrupted periods of time and parses my 5-10 min voice messages pretty quickly.

You can also voice input on the ChatGPT, but I've noticed:

  1. sometimes it glitches out and I lose what I said

  2. it takes a few seconds more than Claude.

And the ChatGPT advanced voice mode is nice for having a conversation but it interrupts me. Please let me think

Design Tools

Obvious ones here: Canva and Figma.

Canva for simple use cases, but Figma is better/more flexible/can do more. I built my original brand design assets in Canva because I wanted something super quick (and this was before I learned Figma) but I’ll move them over eventually.

Image Generation

Midjourney and Stability.Ai (which uses Stable Diffusion). There are a bunch of other AI image generation wrappers that use these same models but are better fine-tuned for videos so those are fine too. Lots of people I’ve seen use Klingai.

Note Management

Notion is been my mainstay for many years. Before that I used Evernote and OneNote.

Personal Brand / Website Hosting

Website Hosting: I use Namecheap for domains. I tried GoDaddy…it’s fine.

Website Design: I wanted something just simple for now. I’ve never liked WordPress (I know), so I just “built” it in [Lovable.dev](http://Lovable.devhttps://lovable.dev/), hosted on Github, and deployed via Vercel. The reason built is in quotes is I just listed the 15 things I want on my website and then iterated until I was content.

Colors: I like coolors and htmlcolorcodes for looking at different colors and color palettes.

Logos: Some new tools can help with logo creation. I’ve played around with Playground but didn’t want to pay, but didn’t mind some of the logos it generated. My logo is a blue lemon and at some undetermined future date, I’ll explain why I chose that and the name of everything.

Fonts: I messed around in Canva, Figma, and Google.
